WEIR has been providing services to the synthetic fuel industry since 1998. Our experience and expertise in the synthetic fuels industry has segued into providing services to the refined coal industry, including phase I environmental audits, placed in service certifications, facility construction and relocation, operation inspections, assessments and audits, production capacity tests, and due diligence.

WEIR monitors facility construction and provides owner's representative services relative to the relocation of the facilities. Due diligence conducted by WEIR includes review of historical information, operating cost, productive capacity, capital expenditures, and compliance with the IRS Tax Code Section 45 requirements. In addition, WEIR provides facility and asset appraisals, litigation support and expert witness testimony, and safety analysis.
