Our experience and expertise in the synthetic fuel industry has segued into providing services to the refined coal industry (Internal Revenue Service Tax Code Section 45) including: phase I environmental audits, placed in service certifications, refined coal facility relocation, refined coal facility construction, operation inspections, operations assessments, production capacity tests, and due diligence.
